Trade Area Overview

The Vancouver/Williams corridor is a vibrant commercial district on Portland’s close-in eastside.

This corridor has experienced tremendous retail and residential growth within the past ten years, including many multifamily developments and the addition of office space not previously seen in the area, creating an increased daytime population.

North Vancouver Avenue is the southbound arterial for the corridor, while North Williams Avenue is the complementary northbound arterial. These arterials carry both car and bicycle traffic, with nearly 9,000 bicycles per day between the two streets.
