Farmington Center is a 181,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Crunch Fitness, Dollar Tree, and Rite-Aid, located at the intersection of SW Farmington Road and SW Kinnaman Road in Aloha. This is the primary intersection in Aloha, an unincorporated area of Washington County located between Beaverton to the east and Hillsboro to the west.


Trade Area Overview

The trade area contains primarily dense residential housing, including a mix of both single-family and multi-family developments, along with industrial and office uses along TV Highway. Intel’s Aloha campus is located 1.5 miles northwest of the center and the Nike World Headquarters campus is located 2.5 miles northeast of the center.

The South Hillsboro masterplanned community is located 1.6 miles west of the center and will contain over 8,000 new homes, 286 acres of park space, and two town centers upon completion. Construction is currently underway.
